About Chad

Chad Bomar began practicing law in 1999. Since then, he has litigated countless cases and otherwise assisted clients with a broad range of legal matters.

Mr. Bomar has held leadership positions within the N.C. Bar Association and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, including a term on the NCADA Board of Directors. He has repeatedly been recognized by North Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine, and other similar publications. His Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating is “AV Preeminent”. This designation is given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards. He has also held positions on numerous boards of charitable organizations; served on the Davie County Board of Elections; and acted as President of the Davie County Chamber of Commerce.

When out of the office, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife (Casey) and their two children. He and Casey are high school sweethearts, and have been together since age 17. The entire Bomar family enjoys travel, sports and art. When time permits, Chad strums a guitar, fishes, and basically enjoys all things outdoors.  Naturally, when Chad’s wife and daughter were asked to paint a mural on the office building that Chad would enjoy seeing everyday, they painted lady justice, toting a six string, standing in a trout stream, holding a fly rod.
